Henry Repeating Arms

I was surfing the web today and a guy asked me for a dollar. Just kidding.

I ended up at the Henry Repeating Arms sight and was intrigued by a couple of offerings they have. Specifically the AR7/US Survival and Golden Boy .22.

Anyone have experience with the company or either of these arms?

No, but the AR7 makes one hellofa canoe trip companion. More so than my Ruger 22.

I don't know about the survival rifle, but the "Golden Boy" 22 has several plastic parts which tend to break.

A friend with a Pawn/Gun shop stopped carrying them because they kept coming back. I've handled one and they are beautiful, fun, and handy, but I don't think their reliability would measure up to poop in propeller specs.

JMO.

I have owned several AR-7 and I love them........ now they have a different name and I believe that you can also carry extra clips in the stock...... together with the rest of the rifle of course.

Easy to modified into full auto and you can make a hell of a good suppressor for them.

Did you ever have any problems with them jamming? If I remember right the old Charter Arms model benefited from a slight chamfer of the barrel on the chamber end.

Yeah it's a nice compact package that doesn't take much space even with a brick of ammo.

Ponce forgot to mention that making a supressor or converting a firearm to full auto will land you in jail for about 10 years.
Do it legal or not at all! You can own and use class 3 weapons but ya got to play by the rules!!
